Disney's Q4 room discount went live today, and it's one of the biggest single-day price movements we've seen since we started tracking in June. Across 27 resorts, prices for stays between now and October dropped by anywhere from 15% to 55% compared to yesterday's rates — and a handful of those deals are genuinely remarkable.

What Just Happened
Disney periodically releases room-only promotional rates — discount offers tied to specific check-in dates that replace the standard rack rate. When a new batch lands, prices in our database can drop hundreds of dollars overnight. That's exactly what happened this morning.
The offer appearing across most of the affected dates is Q4 BRD Room Only — Disney's room discount covering their Q4 travel window (roughly July through October). It has now loaded across Value, Moderate, Deluxe, and Deluxe Villa tiers.
The Standout Deals
These are the individual dates showing the largest savings right now:
Disney's BoardWalk Inn — check-in Sunday 12 July $459/night · was $1,003 · save $544 (54% off) This is tomorrow. If you can move fast, a Deluxe resort steps from EPCOT for $459 is rare. The BoardWalk is one of Disney's most walkable resorts — EPCOT's International Gateway is a 5-minute stroll.
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa — check-in Friday 11 September $670/night · was $1,362 · save $691 (51% off) Disney's flagship resort at roughly half price. September is already one of the quieter months at the parks, which makes this double value — lower crowds and a lower rate simultaneously.
Disney's Contemporary Resort — check-in Saturday 18 or 25 July $486/night · was $895 · save $409 (46% off) The Contemporary is the only resort with a direct walk to Magic Kingdom. At $486 with the monorail on your doorstep, it's competing on price with some Moderate resorts that offer far less.
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort — check-in Tuesday 21 July $572/night · was $994 · save $422 (42% off) The Polynesian rarely dips below $600. At $572 for a July date — peak summer — this is an unusual window.
Disney's Yacht Club Resort — check-in 12–16 July $462/night · was $737 · save $275 (37% off) Three dates across next week showing the same discount. The Yacht Club sits a 10-minute walk from EPCOT's International Gateway, shares the Stormalong Bay pool complex with the Beach Club, and is now priced $3/night more than the Contemporary. Worth knowing.
Disney's All-Star Music Resort — check-in Friday 24 July $182/night · was $408 · save $226 (55% off) The biggest percentage cut on the list. If budget is the priority, All-Star Music at $182 for a July date is as cheap as Disney on-site accommodation gets.
September Is the Sweet Spot
Looking across the full dataset, September dates are seeing the deepest average cuts — around 26% off on average, compared to 22% in July and 24% in August. A few highlights:
- Animal Kingdom Villas Kidani — 17 Sep: $688, was $1,256 (45% off)
- Copper Creek Villas — 22 Sep: $430, was $767 (44% off)
- Old Key West Resort — 9 Sep: $355, was $662 (46% off)
- Saratoga Springs — 17 Sep: $615, was $1,011 (39% off)
- BoardWalk Inn — 7 Sep: $547, was $893 (39% off)
September also tends to mean shorter park queues than July and August — Florida families are back in school, and the summer international crowd has thinned. If you have flexibility, the September dates are offering both lower prices and a better on-the-ground experience.
What to Watch
Discount availability at Disney moves quickly. Once a discounted date books up, the rate visible on the booking page reverts to rack. Prices we're showing right now reflect the latest available offer as of this morning's data — by tonight some of these dates may already be gone.
The July 12 BoardWalk date in particular is less than 24 hours away. If it's still showing $459 when you check, that's a genuine last-minute deal.
